A typed carbon copy of a biographical sketch of Leonard B. Benson, a minister in Red Wing, Minnesota (1920-1924) and the Superintendent of Institutions of Charity and of Hospitals for the Board of Christian Service, Lutheran Minnesota Conference (1925-1955). In the latter office, he supervised the Bethesda Hospital and Invalid Home in St. Paul, Minnesota and the Trinity Hospital in Ashland, Wisconsin. The sketch was read at a testimonial dinner for Benson.
